Integrating Abhisi (HelpDesk)

To integrate Abhisi as a helpdesk provider (to enable you to provide ticketing and contact capabilities within your HelpShelf widget) you will simply need to set the App ID.

Locating your App ID

This ID can be easily located simply by logging into your Abhisi account. To do this, head to https://my.abhisi.com/. Once logged in, click the Settings dropdown (found top right of the screen) and select the Mailboxes option, as shown below.

Next, select your Mailbox from the list (or create a new one). On the page that loads, click the "Connection Settings" option from the left hand menu. You'll now be shown a text field with your unique App ID. Simply copy this and enter it into the App ID field in HelpShelf. We've circled the code (from our test account) in the screenshot below.

You should now be setup :)

IMPORTANT

Please don't forget to remove the original Javascript code you installed on your site for this provider. HelpShelf automatically loads this for you so you don't need to load it manually yourself as well. Doing so will cause issues. If you passed custom settings or user properties to this provider via the original Javascript code and you are not sure whether they will be carried through to your HelpShelf setup, then please contact us.
